You must have already signed up for the orientation by contacting the council at WintonHills2@gmail.com with your name, phone number, email, and Kroger ID Number. To qualify you must live in the community of Winton Hills, Have the Kroger app downloaded and be able to log into the app, and you must have a backup payment method attached to your account.
