Winton Hills Community Council Mini Grant Opportunity – 2025

The Winton Hills Community Council is pleased to offer mini grants of up to $500 to support community stakeholders working on projects and programs that benefit the Winton Hills neighborhood. To apply, interested individuals must complete the Project Proposal Form (PDF) and email it to wintonhills2@gmail.com. In order to receive funding, a representative must attend a Winton Hills Community Council meeting and formally request the funds. Council meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Winton Hills Recreation Center. Proposals will be accepted through October, with the final opportunity to request funds occurring at the meeting on October 23, 2025. To learn more about NSP CLICK HERE

City Approved Neighborhood Plan

We are working with the City of Cincinnati Planning Department to develop a neighborhood plan for our community.  Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 4pm-5pm. To learn more about Community Planning and see examples of other Community Plans CLICK HERE

Community Enrichment Center Purchase

In December of 2024 Mother of Christ located at 5301 Winneste Avenue closed it's door for good. Since that time, Winton Hills Community Council has been working to purchase the building as resource for the community through a partnership with HomeBase the QuickStrike Fund.
